  • Partner with operational leaders and budget owners to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions and promote accountability
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheet reconciliations, and support compliance with financial policies and governance requirements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate processes and enhance the use of finance systems and analytical tools
  • Contribute to audits, statutory reporting and finance projects that support continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness

About You:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and analysis
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to interpret financial information, identify trends and communicate findings clearly
  • CPA or CA qualification, or progress towards completion, is desirable
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools will also be highly regarded

Why Work For Us:

  • Generous paid Parental Leave for primary (12 weeks) and secondary carers + Purchased Leave Scheme (up to 8 weeks) + Workplace Support Leave (5 days) for volunteering in Salvos initiatives
  • Flexible and hybrid WFH arrangements, access to Fitness Passport and Consumer Discounts
  • Access to EAP and health & wellness initiatives
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities that enhance on the job skills and proficiency
  • Rewarding and fulfilling purpose driven careers that have positive and sustainable social impacts
