Job Title: Finance and Insights Lead (hybrid- onsite Monday- Friday)
Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)
FLSA: Exempt
Job Overview:
The Finance and Insights Lead keeps the fact base running to provide value-added insights to our clients. This role is built for someone one to three years into an analytical career who wants to build genuine analytical and client-facing expertise. You will produce standard reports and data refreshes on schedule, assemble quarterly business review (QBR) pack components to the template, track and reconcile incentives data, and run standard health-score refreshes. You will keep data hygiene tight (sources, definitions, version control) and flag anomalies in the data, because the root-cause backlog includes data problems
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce standard reports and data refreshes on schedule.
- Assemble MBR, QBR and EBR pack components to the established template.
- Track incentives data and keep them reconciled.
- Run standard health-score refreshes.
- Maintain data hygiene: sources, definitions, and version control.
- Flag anomalies in the data; the root-cause backlog includes data problems.
- Build analytics skills across the function’s core areas each quarter.
- Take on first owned analyses under the guidance of Managers.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- One to three years of professional experience; internship or co-op experience in analytics or finance is applicable.
- Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic data modeling.
- Exposure to SQL or a BI platform (for example, Power BI or Tableau) preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated discipline with reconciliation and version control.
- Ability to follow a reporting calendar and deliver on schedule without reminders.
- Commitment to developing deep expertise, including receiving and applying peer review.
- Interest in the Automotive, Insurance, or Financial Services Industries.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
