Finance Intern (Finance & Automation)

What you will do:

1. Automation build-out (~60%)
• Build and maintain Activepieces flows.
• Customise NetSuite reports and saved searches so automations run end to end.
• Build and refine the Rovo agent, and update the supporting Confluence pages.
• Clean up source data so AI tools can read it reliably: clear legacy memos and correct data in NetSuite, retire outdated Confluence pages, and keep the information on a regular update cycle.
2. Audit and regulatory support (~20%)
• Gather and consolidate supporting documents for the audit and regulatory requests that fall in the internship period.
3. WegoPro project (~10%)
• Support the Omni–WegoPro integration.
• Map the output for recording in NetSuite so it can be auto-uploaded via Activepieces.
4. Accounting operations (10–20%)
• Support Liza on payment runs: 2x monthly for FSPL SG and 2x monthly for CardUp SG.
• Convert and check Jira bills into NetSuite, and liaise with Treasury on payment.
• Light month-end support on bill posting and BSPL reconciliation.

What we are looking for:

• Accounting, finance or business-analytics student with a strong interest in automation and AI tools
• Comfortable with Excel and data cleanup; exposure to NetSuite, Jira, Confluence or low-code tools (Activepieces, Zapier, Make) is a plus
• Detail-oriented, since much of the work is making data clean enough for automation and AI to consume
• Available for full time internship of 6 months.
• Note - Our Stipend for full time internship is 1000 SGD per month.
