About the Role You will be working closely with us to gain some hands-on experience and deliver some projects/campaigns to pave the way for your career in accounting and finance: Key Responsibilities: Assist the accounting and finance team with day-to-day tasks, including data entry, account reconciliation, petty cash handling, policy management system updates, and invoice processing Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and presentations Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes Assist with the management of accounts payable and receivable Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the accounting and finance team Internship Duration: Full-time: 3-6 months About you You are/have: Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy in all work We Offer Apart from a great learning experience, we also offer: Return offer opportunity Fun, cooperative, and flexible startup culture Weekly sharing sessions and regular happy-hour gatherings Flexible working hours About Bowtie We are the first licensed virtual insurer (虛擬保險公司) in Hong Kong.
