    • Prepare and maintain transaction-level reserve rollforwards and collateral adequacy analyses, monitoring requirements against contractual terms, identifying shortfalls or excess collateral, and escalating proposed actions to the appropriate stakeholders.
    • Perform asset validations and reconciliations between internal records, trustee or custodian reporting and counterparty statements, investigate differences, and ensure that eligible collateral and related valuations are accurately reflected across all parties.
    • Develop documented collateral funding and withdrawal recommendations based on reserve movements, asset valuations, contractual requirements and agreed thresholds, including the amount, timing, supporting analysis and approvals required for each proposed movement.
    • Coordinate collateral funding and payment activities with Investment Operations and internal treasury personnel.
    • Prepare reporting and analysis to support collateral reviews, quarterly accountings, audits, regulatory filings, and management decision-making.
    • Support other functions in onboarding of new collateralized transactions, including trust setup, asset transfers, operational readiness, and ongoing governance processes.
    • Coordinate functional and executive approvals required to ensure timely payments to counterparties in accordance with contractual requirements and agreed schedules.
  2. Transaction Operations and Finance Support
    • Act as the local finance contact for transaction-related process changes and operational improvements, ensuring that revised requirements are incorporated into day-to-day finance activities and controls.
    • Review transaction-related finance processes to confirm that accounting, reporting, cash, collateral, data and control requirements continue to operate effectively.
    • Provide local finance support for post-close data integrations, validating transaction data flows, reporting outputs, reconciliations and controls as deals transition into ongoing administration.
    • Local coordination of finance onboarding for new transactions, translating contractual and operational requirements into accounting, reporting, collateral, cash, data and control processes, with clear ownership, documentation and readiness before implementation.
    • Work with Group Finance Operations to evolve and execute finance integration playbooks, ensuring appropriate planning and delivery throughout the lifecycle of acquisitions, portfolio transfers, and strategic transactions.
    • Coordinate finance workstreams associated with acquisition, integration, restructuring, and change management activities.
