• $104,700 + Super + salary packaging options of up to $15,900 for living expenses (under RACGP’s health promotion charity status)

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Financial & Commercial Operations Projects, you'll support finance and commercial operations through systems administration, project coordination, reporting and process improvement.

You'll maintain key systems, develop reporting and training resources, and work closely with Finance, Digital & Technology teams, senior leaders and external partners to deliver efficient, compliant operations.

As our Finance & Operations Systems Coordinator, you'll also:

• Coordinate special financial projects from start through to completion aimed at improving processes, controls and operational efficiency
• Support continuous improvement by assessing current systems and processes to identify, recommend and deliver enhancement opportunities
• Coordinate system testing, upgrades and user acceptance activities to ensure finance systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
• Develop dashboards, analytics and reporting that provide meaningful insights and support informed decision-making.
  
  
  

Skills and experience:

• Experience supporting finance or business systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Technology One and Power BI
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
