Financial Accountant - Dublin West (Hybrid)

Barden have an exclusive partnership regarding a successful SME looking for an experienced Financial Accountant in Dublin West (hybrid).

The successful person will be responsible for managing key financial and accounting activities across the business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Management and processing of payroll.
• Administration and reporting of CIS and RCT requirements.
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns for both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Bank reconciliations, supplier payments and general bookkeeping.
• Supporting management with financial reporting and cash-flow information.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant tax and accounting requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant.
• Previous experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong experience preparing monthly accounts.
• Experience with payroll, CIS, RCT and VAT returns.
• Knowledge of accounting and VAT requirements in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
