Financial Analyst

Scharlab Philippines is part of Scharlab, a Spanish manufacturer of laboratory chemicals headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. With over 60 years of experience, Scharlab supplies laboratory chemicals and microbiology products and distributes worldwide in more than 100 countries. We are looking for a Financial Controller to manage the accounting and financial operations of our Philippine subsidiary and report to headquarters in Spain. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate accounting and financial records Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Manage cash flow Ensure tax compliance and statutory obligations Prepare financial reports for headquarters Implement internal controls Coordinate with external auditors and consultants Support HR administrative management Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration CPA preferred Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and business software Organized, detail-oriented and results-driven Audit experience is a plus Based in or near Quezon City PHP 40,000 monthly salary Performance bonus Medical insurance Meal allowance Company mobile phone Hybrid work (1 day remote per week) 15 days paid vacation leave + SIL
