Why you'll love it here
This isn't a role where your model disappears into a shared drive. You'll sit close to the decisions — pricing, hiring, investment, growth — and see your analysis shape what the business does next.
We've automated the busywork, so your time goes to insight, not copy-paste. Expect real ownership early, leaders who explain the "why," and room to grow into FP&A leadership or business partnering.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain budgets, forecasts and long-range financial models
- Run monthly variance analysis and explain what moved and why
- Turn data into clear dashboards and decks for leadership
- Partner with business teams to size opportunities and test assumptions
- Model scenarios for pricing, headcount, capital spend and new initiatives
- Support month-end close, board reporting and the annual planning cycle
- Find ways to automate reporting and improve data quality
Work Experience
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
- 2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, banking or consulting
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills
- Solid grasp of the three financial statements and how they connect
- A knack for explaining numbers to people who don't live in spreadsheets
- Curiosity, attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity
Don't check every box? If the work excites you, we still want to hear from you.
Nice to have
- CFA, CPA or MBA, or progress toward one
- SQL or Python for pulling and shaping data
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with planning platforms such as Anaplan, Adaptive or Pigment
- Experience in [your industry, e.g. SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing]
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up analysis and reporting
Benefits
What you'll get
- Competitive base salary plus annual bonus [and equity, if offered]
- Medical, dental and vision coverage from day one
- 401(k) with employer match
- Flexible hybrid schedule and generous PTO
- Paid support for CFA, CPA or other certifications
- Learning budget for courses, conferences and tools
- A clear path to Senior Analyst and beyond, with regular career check-ins
- Parental leave and wellness support
