Financial Controller

Financial Controller (Part-Time) – Fully Remote

ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting a Part-Time Financial Controller for a company operating in the healthcare services sector. The role is responsible for financial performance analysis and reporting across the group's entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review monthly accounting close processes and analyze trial balances.
• Review key positions within the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and Actual vs. Budget analyses.
• Update budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Monitor financial KPIs and support bank reporting requirements.
• Prepare financial analyses and recurring management reports.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO, external accounting firm, and operational teams.
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects, audits, profitability analyses, and financial optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Audit, Financial Analysis, or Financial Reporting.
• Proven experience in monthly financial closing reviews and preparation of financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and/or within a group of companies is considered an advantage.
