We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! Your Mission : We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Financial Controller to join our fast-growing Finance team. Reporting to our Finance Team Lead (Reporting) you will be supporting the team on group and statutory reporting, reconciliations, audits and variance analysis, with a key focus on ensuring data accuracy and timely month‑end close. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting and operational activities for a portfolio of group companies Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting, maintaining compliance with local GAAP / IFRS and internal policies Support and actively participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes Perform variance analysis during the month-end close process Build and monitor budgets and forecasts for assigned entities; analyze and explain variances and trends (actuals vs. comparative periods, forecast/budget) Ensure compliance with tax filings and statutory reporting requirements Provide financial insights and ad-hoc support to management Prepare and deliver financial statements as requested Provide support during internal and external audits. Identify gaps, monitor, and continuously improve internal controls, financial processes, policies, and procedures
