- Capture, analyse and document business requirements to find opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls, reduce waste and enhance customer outcomes, ensuring solutions address underlying business needs. This will include producing current-state and future-state process maps using recognised business analysis techniques.
- Conduct root-cause analysis using data, operational insight and feedback to perform detailed analysis of operational performance, customer outcomes and management information and develop dashboards, reports and actionable insight using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Support project mobilisation activities, including impact assessments, requirements definition and solution evaluation, working alongside Project Managers and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, deliverable and aligned to operational needs.
- Support the development of business cases, options assessments and benefit realisation plans.
- Assist with testing, implementation planning and operational readiness activities.
- Produce high-quality documentation including requirements, process maps, options papers and stakeholder materials.
- Act as a trusted consultant and subject matter contributor across Financial Crime optimisation initiatives.
