You will directly manage finance business partnering, financial close activities and reporting for EPM + Russia, APAC and LATAM. Working with cluster leadership, you will drive business performance, resource allocation and risk management, support new products launches and business development, maintain standard reporting systems and improve financial processes through cross-department projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead monthly consolidated IPM management reporting, coordinating cluster inputs for IPM leadership and regional and corporate finance, including budget/forecast variances, business drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Explain total-IPM price, volume, spend and patient trends, highlighting material variances and proposing corrective actions.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, identifying improvements to planning, reporting, and financial processes.
  • Act as a finance business partner to EPM+ Russia, APAC, and LATAM cluster leadership teams on various financial aspects.
  • Manage cluster month-end, quarterly and year-end closes: sales validation, accruals, and P&L analysis; coordinate revenue recognition and provisions with Accounting and Logistics. Review and approve distributor KPIs, supply price reconciliations and related accruals, ensuring appropriate controls.
  • Provide financial analysis for new product launches and business development projects within these clusters.
  • Deliver timely, accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end financial and management reporting for EPM + Russia, APAC and LATAM: actuals, detailed budget/forecast variance analysis, business drivers, risks and opportunities, aligned with total-IPM requirements.
  • Manage cluster contribution margin and monitor product margin controllership.
