Our client is seeking a Financial Regulation Solicitor to join its established team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will advise domestic and international financial services clients on Irish and EU regulation, with exposure to a varied range of matters, including transactions, licensing applications, regulatory issues, product launches and enforcement actions.

Based in Dublin, this hybrid role offers a balance of flexible working and in-person collaboration with colleagues across the team.

The Role:

* Advise financial services clients on Central Bank and EU regulation.
* Work on financial institution transactions, licensing applications, regulatory scope and ongoing issues, product launches and enforcement actions.

The Person:

* Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales, with newly qualified to three years' relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation, with a keen interest in financial regulation.
* Excellent communication and research skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
