Role Description The Financial Services Professional will support clients in the Budapest Metropolitan Area with comprehensive financial guidance, working in a hybrid arrangement that combines on-site meetings with flexible work-from-home hours. This contract role involves assessing client financial situations, developing personalized financial and retirement plans, and recommending appropriate products and strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, preparing analyses and proposals, monitoring portfolios, and adjusting plans based on changing client needs or market conditions. The role also requires clear and consistent communication with clients, collaboration with internal and external partners, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. The Financial Services Professional is expected to maintain accurate records, stay current on financial market developments, and contribute to a client-centered service
culture.Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to develop tailored, long-term strategies for clients.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Services to analyze products, markets, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, build trust, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Proven client advisory or consultative experience, preferably in wealth management, insurance, banking, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and commitment to acting in the client’s best interest.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fluency in Hungarian and strong proficiency in English are advantageous for working with diverse clients and partners.
