Role Description As a Finland Online Language School Franchise Partner, you will lead the development and growth of Lingua Learn’s online language training services within Finland. This contract, remote role involves overseeing local market research, defining target customer segments, and adapting Lingua Learn’s offerings to meet regional needs. You will manage the launch and operation of your local franchise hub, including e-commerce platform oversight, coordination with the Global Franchise Support Team, and collaboration with the network of teachers to schedule and deliver courses. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing marketing initiatives, building relationships with corporate and individual clients, monitoring service quality, and ensuring effective use of Lingua Learn’s systems and course materials. You will also recruit and train local staff as needed, track performance metrics, and report on business results to the franchise group.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for client engagement, partnership building, and collaboration with global support teams.
- Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, interpret performance data, and refine growth strategies.
- Writing skills to produce clear business proposals, marketing content, and professional correspondence in English and local languages when applicable.
- Training experience to onboard local staff, support teacher coordination, and promote consistent service standards.
- Demonstrated business or entrepreneurship experience, ideally in education, training, or service-based industries.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet agreed commercial targets.
- Familiarity with online platforms, e-commerce tools, and CRM systems; comfort with technology and virtual communication tools.
- Fluency in English and strong knowledge of the Finnish market; additional language skills are an advantage.
