In this role, you will: Design and execute sourcing campaigns using modern AI tools to write outreach messages, generate Boolean strings, summarize candidate profiles, and automate tasks Maintain structured talent pipelines using Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs Ensure every candidate experiences thoughtful, responsive, and human communication Conduct market research and competitor mapping using open web tools and AI assistants Continuously evolve the sourcing strategies using the latest free AI and automation tools Ensure data accuracy to transform insights into clear, visual reports and compelling storytelling outputs.
