Salary range (but not limited to):

50,900 - 62,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

We are looking for an FNOL Claims Adjuster, Auto to join our growing team in the West!


As a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Claims Adjuster, Auto, you will be the first point of contact in assisting customers through their auto loss. You will help our customers through difficult times, demonstrating empathy and strong listening skills as you investigate a wide variety of claims through to completion. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to pivot when required. 


Start Date: January 14, 2027

Locations: Vancouver, BC (200 Granville St) and Victoria, BC (246-2401C Millstream)

Schedule: Must be flexible to work 35 hours a week during our business hours of operation, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST, and Statutory Holidays.

Work Model: This role requires full-time in-office work for the first 6 months to support training and initial role performance, after which the position will transition to a hybrid arrangement with a minimum of two days per week in the office.


This role will give you a chance to:

  • Open new claims from customers via a phone queue.
  • Assign new claims to appropriate Auto Claims Representatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers and answer queries relating to the auto claims process.
  • Develop an action plan for conducting investigations by determining necessary information required to clarify and justify a claim.
  • Keep clear and concise notes in the system to ensure work is transferrable to colleagues.
  • Participate in continuous learning to grow and expand your skillset, providing new opportunities to prepare you for progressions to the next step in your claims career journey.
