Forecasting, Planning & Analysis Lead, SSC (12 month contract) - Large PLC - Remote

Barden are delighted to be supporting a large global organisation for a FP&A Lead to support a large scale transformation program. This is a hands-on leadership assignment: standing up planning governance, forecasting standards and a scalable operating model, while developing the team and future leaders who'll carry it forward.

8+ years experience in shared service centre environment essential for this role.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
• Own enterprise-wide budget and rolling forecast governance
• Drive forecasting methodology, standards and quality across the business
• Oversee actuals governance, accruals and planning controls
• Lead planning transformation, including ERP adoption and automation

You'll have:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) plus 8–10 years' relevant experience within a GBS/SSC environment
• A track record building or maturing FP&A, planning governance or finance transformation capabilities in large, complex organisations
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience leading through change
• Working knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP
