Ready to build a channel from scratch in one of the fastest-growing areas of Security? We’re looking for a Founding Channel Manager to design, launch and scale the partner ecosystem across EMEA, working directly alongside the founders.

If you’ve built and run channel programmes for a cybersecurity vendor, know the EMEA partner landscape inside out, and want to own the partner motion from day one, let’s talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build the EMEA channel strategy from the ground up: partner selection, programme structure, tiers and incentives.
• Recruit, onboard and enable resellers, VARs, MSSPs, systems integrators and consultancies.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline into enterprise and mid-market accounts, particularly in financial services and other regulated industries.
• Run joint business planning, partner enablement and co-selling motions with the direct sales team.
• Work with distribution partners to expand reach across key EMEA markets.
• Partner closely with the founders, marketing and sales engineering to shape the go-to-market playbook.
• Be a key early hire in building out the commercial organisation.

Who We’re Looking For

• Channel or partner management for a cybersecurity vendor, growing in greenfield territories.
• A strong existing network of UK/EMEA security partners, resellers and MSSPs.
• A proven track record of building partner programmes that generate real, measurable revenue.
• Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on levels, from signing new partners to co-selling deals over the line.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: you want ownership, autonomy and the chance to build something from the ground up.
