The company

WORK-SELF builds Maya Enterprise, the Human Context infrastructure for enterprise AI. AI agents increasingly perform work inside large organisations, but they need context about the people and decisions around that work: who owns it, which decisions an agent can make, when a person reviews the result and how exceptions are escalated. Maya provides this governed context through an MCP-native server so employees and agents can complete work through accountable workflows.

We are a London-based enterprise AI company. In our first year we won enterprise contracts across banking, utilities, property services and European public finance, reached EBITDA-positive operations with a small team, and deployed Maya with enterprise customers. We work with technology and delivery partners and hold a granted US AI patent assigned to the company. Our next stage is scaling product delivery, enterprise adoption and partner-led growth. The people joining now will help build that next stage.

The role

You will make Maya Enterprise work inside real customer environments. This is a technical implementation role spanning integration discovery, configuration, testing, rollout and support. You will work directly with enterprise stakeholders and our product engineers so a scoped workflow goes from agreement to working deployment with clear controls, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
Expected compensation ranges: £55k – £70k per year (Base) + £85k - £135k (Equity) + Bonus on performance and standard benefits

What you will own

  • Deployment discovery. Map the customer's workflow, application landscape, user identities, data access rules and approval paths. Convert findings into a practical integration plan with explicit assumptions and dependencies.

  • Integrations and configuration. Build and configure API, data and workflow connections between Maya and enterprise systems such as Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP or automation platforms, depending on each customer's environment.

  • Validation and security. Test permissions, context accuracy, failure behaviour, human review steps, logging and rollback procedures. Work with customer IT, security and technical owners on acceptance.

  • Go-live and adoption. Coordinate technical milestones, pilot environments, user acceptance testing, issue resolution and handover. Document installation, support procedures and recurring failure patterns.

  • Product feedback. Identify repeatable integration components and gaps, contribute scripts or reference patterns, and work with engineering and product to reduce deployment effort over time.

You will know you are succeeding when

  • First 30 days. You understand Maya's integration architecture, can lead a customer requirements discussion and have prepared a practical deployment checklist. You have initiated 2 client implementations.

  • By 90 days. You manage 5 client implementations end to end, with tested permissions, traceable issues and clear customer handovers. For scoped deployments, you work to an estimated 30-day delivery timeline while maintaining agreed scope and budget.

  • By 180 days. You have established repeatable deployment methods that reduce implementation effort and avoidable errors. You maintain at least 95% customer satisfaction, track Net Promoter Score separately and help secure customer references and follow-on work.

Who does well here

• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS, integration, automation, workflow or data products with external customers.

• Strong API, authentication, data mapping, troubleshooting and scripting ability; confidence reading logs and diagnosing failures.

• Working knowledge of enterprise security processes, change control and safe handling of sensitive context data.

• Able to explain technical trade-offs to IT teams and delivery risks to business stakeholders.

• Comfortable owning implementation detail, documentation and outcomes rather than handing work off after a demo.

The role demands ownership of customer environments and delivery detail, beyond greenfield product development.

What you get

• Direct influence on how Maya is deployed and made reliable for enterprise users.

• Close partnership with engineering, product and customer stakeholders.

• The opportunity to help build and scale an early-stage enterprise AI company.

If this resonates with you, we would love to hear from you. Any questions, please email us at careers@work-self.com
