Founding Full Stack Engineer

We’re hiring a Founding Backend Engineer for a Dubai-based startup client that is helping to build the programmable gold infrastructure stack — everything from backend systems and blockchain integrations to beautiful, intuitive user-facing interfaces. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role: you’ll work directly with the founders to design and ship core products used across DeFi, fintech, and institutional channels. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end product development across the stack — backend services, frontend interfaces, infra Build scalable APIs and backend services in TypeScript and Rust Design clean, performant UI in React / Next.js Maintain deployment pipelines, observability, and internal tools Integrate with third-party APIs: blockchains, custody providers, exchanges Contribute to architectural decisions across frontend and backend Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code Work closely with users and the founding team to shape roadmap and product direction Explore the application of AI and blockchain to drive new product experiences Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who’s driven by a customer-first mindset, obsessed with product details, and committed to building impactful solutions.
