£80k to £120k + equity

I'm working with an early-stage, VC-backed AI startup building a new advertising platform. They're already working with globally recognised brands and publishers, they're looking for a Founding Product Manager to join the founders and take ownership of the product as they scale.

This is an opportunity with huge autonomy, equity and the chance to shape a product from the ground up. Builder-mindset needed!

The Role

• Own product direction, roadmap and customer experience.
• Work directly with brands to understand their needs and turn feedback into product.
• Lead the development of customer-facing dashboards, reporting and platform features.
• Use AI tools to prototype, experiment and move quickly.

About You

• Strong Product Management background, ideally in AdTech, advertising, MarTech or marketing and so on.
• Experience working very closely with users of the products you've led on.
• Commercially minded, with good product intuition and a strong eye for UX.
• Comfortable working with engineers and getting your hands dirty with AI coding tools, although you're not expected to be an engineer!
• Entrepreneurial by nature, with evidence of building something yourself, whether a startup, side project or your own product.
• Happy operating in a small team with plenty of ownership and little structure.

Ideally, you've already been a Founding PM at a startup, but we're also interested in ambitious PMs from established businesses with a genuine appetite for startups.

• Salary: Up to £120k + meaningful equity
• Location: London, 3-5 days in office
• Stage: Early-stage, VC-backed, existing customer traction
• Visa: Must have UK right to work; no sponsorship available
