About Flowla
Revenue software has spent twenty years telling teams what to do. Nobody built the thing that actually does it. That's Flowla. We're a revenue execution platform, and at its centre is REX: an AI agent that works as a player-coach for the sales and customer success teams.
Seed-stage, London HQ, 13 people, VC funded with a clear runway. 3rd company for the founders, with past exits.
Customers are B2B revenue teams in tech, finance and healthcare, from scale-ups to enterprise.
93% G2 rating. 25–35% faster sales cycles, 10+ hours a week back per rep.
The role
Our first dedicated SDR. You'll build a reliable source of qualified opportunities for the founder and AEs, and write the prospecting playbook the next hires inherit. Most of our larger deals start in a room, at a dinner or an event, so this is not a pure dial-and-email seat: a good part of your job is getting the right people into those rooms and following up until they're pipeline.
What's in it for you
Work directly with the CEO and AEs on how we find and qualify customers, not three layers down.
Comp that rewards the outcome: competitive base, 70/30 base to variable, uncapped, plus equity. Variable is tied to opportunities the sales team accepts, not meetings booked.
Time in front of buyers: you'll attend events alongside the founders and sit in on the deals you source.
A clear path to AE, with coaching from founders who have sold and exited before.
Tooling budget for courses, conferences or anything that levels up your craft.
What you'll do
Prospect senior decision-makers at target accounts, using triggers, intent and engagement signals to decide who to contact and when.
Run outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn; test sequences, kill what doesn't work, keep what does.
Own our events motion with the CEO and AEs: research events worldwide, identify the ones our buyers attend, work the attendee lists and book meetings before we arrive.
Attend selected events, meet prospects, then follow up with everyone you spoke to until each has an agreed next step.
Run daily power-dialler sessions and use call recordings to sharpen your opener, discovery and objection handling.
Qualify properly before handover: the problem, the urgency, the stakeholders and the next step, written up in the CRM so the AE walks in ready.
Share what you're learning weekly (messaging, segments, objections, conversion) with sales, marketing and product, and document what works.
You're probably…
1–2 years as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS, with real outbound results behind you. Mid-market or larger buyers is a plus; selling to revenue leaders is a bigger one.
Confident on the phone and used to being coached off recorded calls.
Someone who has worked closely with AEs before and knows what a clean handover looks like.
Able to show us a few pieces of outreach you built (sequences, scripts, an idea that worked) and explain why they landed.
A strong writer with good judgement, curious about buyers, and comfortable building the process while running it.
How success is measured
Meetings that become opportunities the sales team accepts, and conversion that improves as you learn. 70/30 base to variable, uncapped, with variable driven by sales-accepted opportunities.
Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office in London, with travel to events.
