About Maiia

Maiia is an AI assistant for clinic and medical-tourism sales teams. It takes the routine work off patient coordinators, stays in touch with patients 24/7, and makes sure no conversation gets dropped. It reads patients’ photos and voice messages, and it learns each clinic’s own knowledge base.

Maiia grew out of Sofia, the AI sales assistant behind Bookimed, a medical-tourism platform with a large global clinic network. Now we’re taking it to clinics and hospital groups worldwide, working with our first design partners.

The role

You’ll be our first sales hire: part closer, part GTM engineer. Your job isn’t to send more emails; it’s to build a sales machine where AI does most of the work. And here’s the fun part: the agent you build to sell Maiia is also its best demo.

What you’ll do

• Build automated lead generation. Define the ICP (international patient departments, hospital groups, medical-tourism facilitators), enrich data, run multichannel sequences across email and LinkedIn, and route leads.
• Build and train Maiia’s own sales agent. It qualifies inbound leads in chat and books demos or pilots. You’ll own the prompt and the knowledge base, review conversations every week, run test cases, and measure conversion at every step.
• Win back and close. Set up automated re-engagement for leads who go quiet, follow up personally where it matters, and close small and mid-size clinic deals yourself.
• Grow into enterprise. At first you’ll work alongside the founder on hospital-group deals. Within 6–9 months you’ll lead them.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS across growth, outbound or sales, including deals you closed yourself
• Hands-on with Clay (or similar), Instantly or Smartlead, LinkedIn automation, n8n or Make, and email deliverability
• Real experience building or tuning an LLM-based agent for a business goal, not just using ChatGPT to write emails
• You know the conversion rate of every step in your last funnel
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience with the Claude API, evals, or prompt A/B testing
• Healthcare or medical-tourism sales
• Turkish or Arabic, or a network among clinics in Turkey, the UAE or Europe
