■ アジア全域での取り組みを支える新設ポジション🌏

本ポジションは、アジア地域を統括する責任者（外国籍）と密接に連携し、地域横断の企画推進や組織拡大に関わる取り組みを支援します。海外での業務経験を積みながら、経営層に近い立場で働ける希少な機会です。国際的な環境で新しい挑戦をしたい方に、経営に近い立場で経験を積める貴重なポジションです。

■ レポートラインについて🗣️

アジア統括責任者へのレポートラインとなり、個人貢献型の役割としてアジアの複数市場を横断的に支援します。広い視野で複数市場を支えたい方に、地域横断で活躍できる環境です。

■ 柔軟な働き方と勤務スタイル⏲

週2日の在宅勤務制度と、コアタイムが最小限のフレックスタイム制度を導入しています。ただし、本ポジションは国内外での出張や対面業務が多く、在宅勤務の適用は限定的となる可能性があります。柔軟な制度を活用しつつ、対面での業務にも積極的に取り組みたい方に、メリハリのある働き方ができる環境です。

📝Responsibilities:

- Develop annual budgets and multi‑year plans, create related guidelines and templates, and gather financial data across the Asia region.

- Lead monthly and periodic forecast reporting and track business performance with senior management.

- Prepare financial and operational data to support the development of Asia‑wide strategic business plans.

- Analyze financial and operational results and create standard and ad‑hoc reports for the Asia President, HQ leadership, the parent company, the Board, and external stakeholders.

- Build strong working relationships with finance and planning teams in Asia and HQ.

- Join monthly business reviews and consolidate key data into clear presentations.

- Prepare monthly variance analyses, investigate major gaps, and explain key business drivers.

- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic discussions, decision‑making, process improvements, and special projects.

- Manage KPI and initiative reporting and validation for business unit performance evaluations.

- Lead the Asia capital expenditure planning and approval process with the Asia CFO and business unit leaders.

- Drive improvements in processes and systems across the region.

- Identify new business opportunities and support (or lead) expansion initiatives, including M&A, to contribute to sustainable growth.

💡Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 5–10 years FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment; multi‑business‑unit experience preferred.

- Business Development / M&A exposure preferred but not required.

- Ability to structure and present analyses to senior leaders.

- Fluent English; strong Japanese communication skills (written & verbal).

- Matrix organization experience required.

- CPA / CMA / CGMA preferred.

- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and general MS Office proficiency.

💴Salary:

Company will consider candidates up to 12M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
