■ グローバル連携が生まれるレポートラインとチーム体制📝

本ポジションは日本法人の財務責任者にレポートしつつ、海外拠点とも連携するダイナミックな役割です。5～6名規模の財務・経理チームで、Oracle ERPシステムを活用しながら効率的に業務を進めます。国内外のステークホルダーと協働しながら、視野を広げたい方にぴったりです。

■ 柔軟性とチームワークを両立できる働き方⏲

週1日の在宅勤務が可能で、家庭事情などに応じた始業時間の調整にも理解があります（管理者承認制です）。一方で、立ち上げ期はチーム連携を重視し、オフィス勤務が推奨されるため、協働しながら業務を進められる環境です。柔軟な働き方を求めつつ、仲間と力を合わせて成果を出したい方に適した環境です。

💼Responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budget process for the Japan entity, ensuring alignment with US corporate guidance and local market conditions.

- Prepare monthly rolling forecasts that reflect market trends and Japan business performance.

- Join monthly financial review meetings and prepare detailed analyses of center-level and consolidated results.

- Conduct financial analyses to deliver insights on future performance and projections.

- Support integration of newly acquired facilities, including data collection, reporting alignment, and due diligence assistance.

- Support M&A, partnerships, service contract acquisitions, restructuring, and other corporate development initiatives through financial due diligence and valuation analysis.

- Work with the Operations team to improve KPI management, purchasing analysis, and clinical outcome analysis.

- Collaborate with IT to align Japan’s reporting tools and systems with global platforms

- Maintain relationships with JV partner finance teams and support consolidated financial reporting.

- Contribute to ad hoc initiatives such as system implementations, data integrity reviews, and process improvements.

🎓Qualifications:

- 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial management, or related roles, ideally in a multinational company.

- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

- Highly detail‑oriented, well‑organised, and able to meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.

- A proactive, “can‑do” attitude and willingness to learn.

- Professional fluency in English.

💡Welcome Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.

- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are an advantage.

- Awareness of US GAAP and Japanese statutory accounting requirements.

- Proficiency in IT and accounting systems such as Oracle, BI tools, or similar platforms is preferred.

💴Salary:

Company will consider candidates up to 14M JPY + 15% bonus for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
