The Role

As our Financial Controller, you’ll turn numbers into clarity — and clarity into better decisions.

You’ll help build the financial backbone of a growing international company. From financial reporting and cash flow management to profitability analysis and smarter processes, you’ll connect the details with the bigger picture.

This isn’t a role where you simply prepare reports. You’ll help shape the decisions behind the numbers.

What that looks like day to day:

• Own the numbers. Take responsibility for management reporting, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Keep cash flow in focus. Monitor liquidity, financial performance, and cash flow across our portfolio.
• Find the opportunities. Analyse apartment-level profitability, challenge costs, and identify ways to improve margins.
• Connect the dots. Work closely with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly closings and reliable financial data.
• Make data meaningful. Build dashboards, translate complex figures into clear insights, and support better business decisions.
• Work smarter, not harder. Use technology, AI, and automation to make Finance faster, more efficient, and scalable.

Who You Are

You’re analytical by nature, precise with details, and genuinely curious about what makes a business successful.

You enjoy creating structure without unnecessary bureaucracy. You challenge assumptions, take ownership, and don’t just identify problems — you find solutions.

You'll probably fit in well if you:

• Have experience in controlling, FP&A, finance, or a similarly analytical role.
• Are highly confident with Excel or Google Sheets and financial data.
• Understand P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance metrics.
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable working with AI, digital tools, and automation.
• Think commercially and turn financial analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Take ownership, work independently, and communicate clearly.
• Thrive in a fast-moving, international environment.
• Speak fluent English. German is a plus, but not required.

Experience in hospitality, furnished living, real estate or another service-driven environment is

valuable — but mindset, ownership and the ability to learn fast matter more to us.

Our Tools

Technology is part of how we work every day.

You’ll work with Excel, Google Sheets, our proprietary back-office platform, financial reporting systems, and Slack.

We’ve also integrated AI into our daily finance workflows — from reporting and analysis to process automation.

We’re looking for someone who embraces new technologies, learns quickly, and continuously explores smarter ways of working.

Who You'll Work With

You’ll work directly with Management, Accounting, Operations, and our Commercial teams.

The role is based in Athens — and works fully remotely.
