Vila Gertrudes, São Paulo | Hybrid — 3 days in office

Imagine yourself…

  • Doing meaningful work that makes an everyday impact on the world around you.
  • Growing your expertise and expanding your skillset with every project.
  • Collaborating with a vibrant, inclusive, global team.

It’s all possible with a role at Videojet, a Veralto company. You have likely purchased or used a product touched by Videojet Technologies this week—after all, Videojet is a world leader in the product identification market, providing in-line printing, coding and marking products, consumables, and software solutions. Videojet’s technologies play a critical role in ensuring the safety and authenticity of products sold across the globe in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial marketplaces.

As part of the Videojet team and the broader Veralto network, you’ll work with products that make an everyday impact on the world around you. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to make your mark on our business and your career, deepen your skillset and pursue your ambitions.

We offer:

  • A hybrid work model: three days in the São Paulo office, located in Vila Gertrudes, and two days from home.
  • Flexible working hours within a standard eight-hour schedule, typically 8:00–17:00.
  • Professional onboarding and training opportunities.
  • Career development opportunities across Videojet and the broader Veralto network.
  • A supportive, collaborative and global team environment.

The role:

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the FP&A Senior Analyst turns financial and commercial data into clear insights and recommendations that improve revenue, gross margin, operating profit, forecasting and profitable growth.

This role partners with commercial and operational stakeholders across LATAM and Global and is based in São Paulo under a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office in the Vila Gertrudes area.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Own monthly analysis of revenue, gross margin and operating profit versus budget, forecast and prior year, translating variances into risks, opportunities and actions.
  • Build price-volume-mix (PVM) and margin bridges by channel, product line and customer, separating price, volume, mix, materials, freight and discount effects and identifying margin leakage.
  • Maintain channel, product and customer profitability views; analyze installed-base economics across equipment, consumables, spare parts and service; and support pricing decisions with margin-impact simulations.
  • Build business cases for growth initiatives, new verticals, regions, channel partners and product launches using NPV, payback and break-even, and track approved initiatives after launch.
  • Lead revenue and margin inputs to the annual operating plan, strategic plan and rolling forecasts, while improving dashboards and KPI reporting through Power BI or similar tools.
  • Partner with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Operations, Pricing, Service, Accounting, Controllership, country leaders and Global FP&A, presenting concise recommendations to stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, controllership, commercial finance or business partnering, including ownership of recurring monthly deliverables.
  • Strong Excel and financial-modeling capability, with demonstrated variance and driver analysis across revenue, margin, profitability, pricing or business cases.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and ERP or financial-reporting environments, plus hands-on experience with Power Automate or a similar workflow-automation tool.
  • Fluent English for LATAM and global interaction, together with professional proficiency in either Portuguese or Spanish. Fluency in all three languages is preferred.
