Remote support for IT technical demands and implementation of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Perform triage, resolve tickets (incidents, requests, and questions), or escalate to specialized teams when necessary;

• • Provide remote first-level support for tickets (incidents, requests, and questions) from company employees;

• • Problem analysis;

• • Analyse and propose process improvements;

• • Regularly update area controls;

• • Implement technical definitions as part of a team;

• • Work on Digital Workspace team activities as required by demand.

Technical Skills:

Must have:

• • Completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields;

• • Experience in IT technical support, having worked with Google Workspace (GWS) Administration, Windows (Workstation), Office/Microsoft 365 and iOS/MacOS (Mobile and MacBook) environments ;

• • Advanced English;

• • Knowledge of Google Workspace – Administrative Environment ;

• • MS OFFICE 365 – Administrative Environment ;

• • Active Directory (AD) and Azure (ID-ENTRA) ;

• • MacOS operating systems .

Nice-to-Have:

• • Knowledge of tools: Cryptography, antivirus, computer formatting and Active Directory (AD);

• • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting;

• • MS Power Platform (low-code) ;

• • Language: Intermediate Spanish ;

• • Certifications ;

• • Google Workspace Administrator ;

• • ITIL 4 Foundation or higher;

• • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900);

• • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) .
    

Working hours: 04:00 – 13:00 (Covering part of the time zone of the Northern Hemisphere from Brazil).
