Freelance Account Supervisor

The Role

As an Account Supervisor for our AI powered content studio dedicated to a large automotive client, you’ll be tasked with having our agency processes under your belt. You’ll understand our way of working but will no doubt be able to see room for improvement. Through regular meetings you’ll have started to build relationships with your clients. Task-wise, you’ll have ownership of medium-sized projects and may oversee the work of Account Executives.

What You Bring:

• 6 year’s experience, automotive category experience is a plus

• Minimum 8 months of people management experience

• Production experience required

• Strong communication skills

What You'll Do:

Client & Project Leadership

• Act as a primary client contact, fostering strong, positive relationships across multiple projects

• Lead medium-sized projects from conception to delivery, collaborating closely with the Group Account Director

• Keep all stakeholders (internal and client) informed on project status, activities, deadlines, and deliverables

• Attend all client meetings, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up

• Maintain thorough documentation of all client work in progress, including status reports, contact reports, and post-mortem learnings

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date account finances (e.g., estimate management, time reconciliation, timely billing)

• Possess a clear understanding of the production process from start to finish

Strategic & Creative Partnership

• Understand and adhere to client mandatories and regulations for each brief

• Collaborate effectively with all disciplines (Strategy, Creative, Media, Production) to ensure excellence in deliverables

• Protect the creative integrity of ideas and solutions from conception through delivery

• Review creative work, providing constructive feedback aligned with briefs and client input.

• Leverage AI-based tools and technology to enhance client strategies and optimize project outcomes

• Work with data analysts and media teams to optimize content performance and implement revisions

Team Development:

• Provide supervision, development, and mentorship to Account Executives
