Freelance Customer Support (Norwegian/Swedish & English / Remote / Europe Time)

Your mission We are looking for a part-time customer care agent who will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction through effective communication. Your profile Your responsibilities include managing customer interactions via chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls. This role will initially be part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position in the future, subject to availability and operational requirements. Requirements Fluent in norwegian/Swedish and English, additional will be added advantage.
