As part of our creative operations, we work with freelance illustrators who help transform family memories and meaningful moments into personalized digital illustrations.
We are looking for talented and reliable Freelance Illustrators who can create high-quality, original illustrations based on client references while meeting established quality standards and delivery deadlines.
The Freelance Illustrator is responsible for creating personalized digital illustrations based on client-provided references, and creative requirements.
The illustrator will receive assigned projects, create the artwork using Adobe Illustrator, incorporate requested details and revisions, and deliver the final files according to the required specifications and deadlines.
This is a freelance, project-based position with flexible working hours and the possibility of developing a long-term collaboration based on performance, quality, availability, and consistency.
❖ Illustration & Design
➢ Create original digital illustrations from scratch based on references, and project requirements.
➢ Transform personal memories into personalized illustrations while maintaining the required visual style.
➢ Use Adobe Illustrator to create clean, polished, and high-quality digital artwork.
➢ Follow established creative guidelines, references, and quality standards.
❖ Revisions & Quality Control
➢ Review each illustration before delivery to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
➢ Make reasonable revisions based on internal feedback or project requirements.
➢ Maintain consistency across multiple illustrations and projects.
➢ Ensure that final files meet the required technical specifications before submission.
❖ Project Management & Deadlines
➢ Accept assigned illustration projects based on availability.
➢ Organize workload independently and deliver projects within agreed deadlines.
➢ Communicate proactively regarding project progress, questions, or potential delays.
➢ Maintain reliable availability for new assignments according to the agreed collaboration terms.
❖ Communication & Collaboration
➢ Communicate clearly and professionally with the team throughout each project.
➢ Ask relevant questions when project instructions or references are unclear.
➢ Receive and implement feedback constructively.
➢ Collaborate with the creative team to continuously improve quality and consistency.
➢ This role is not a full-time employee position. It is a freelance contractor collaboration.
➢ This role is not responsible for client acquisition, sales, or business development.
➢ This role is not responsible for managing other illustrators or creative team members.
➢ This role is not responsible for creating marketing strategies or advertising campaigns.
➢ This role is not limited to simply tracing or reproducing reference images. Original illustration and attention to visual details are essential parts of the position.
➢ This role does not require fixed working hours, but agreed project deadlines must be consistently met.
➢ The illustrator is responsible for the quality and timely delivery of assigned illustrations, while management provides project requirements, feedback, and final approval.

➢ Strong attention to detail, particularly when working from photographic references.
➢ Able to consistently reproduce a defined visual style and follow creative guidelines.
