About Gisello

Gisello is an AI-native cross-border medical travel platform based in Dubai. We're the first company in the industry that works for the patient, not the clinic. We match women with the right fertility clinic worldwide based on their medical profile, treatment preferences, and travel needs. We get paid by the patient — not by the clinic — which means our recommendations are always unbiased.

We are a fast-moving startup building something that doesn't exist yet. If you thrive in high-pace environments where you own your outcomes and move quickly — keep reading.

The Role

We're looking for a freelance specialist (15–20 hrs/week) with exceptional fertility and women's health knowledge to lead two workstreams. This is not a generalist VA role — we need someone who is genuinely patient-obsessed and holds themselves to the highest standard in every interaction.

This role has a clear path to a full-time position for the right person.

1. Patient Outreach (10 hrs/week)
  • Engage authentically in online fertility communities — forums, Reddit (r/IVF, r/infertility), Facebook groups, Mumsnet, FertilityNetwork UK, BabyCenter
  • Help women navigating cross-border IVF, egg freezing, donor options, and related fertility decisions with genuine, knowledgeable advice
  • Build trust through consistent, helpful presence — not promotional posts
  • Identify and qualify warm leads
  • Hand qualified patients directly to our founder
  • Track all leads and conversations in a shared sheet
2. Clinic Sourcing & Outreach (5–10 hrs/week)
  • Research top fertility and women's health clinics across Czech Republic, Spain, Greece, and other European corridors
  • Build structured call-down lists: clinic name, specialties (IVF, egg freezing, donor programmes, PGT), success rates, pricing, key contact person
  • Cold-call clinics, explain Gisello's patient-first model, and qualify partnership interest
  • Log outcomes and report weekly

RequirementsMust have
  • Deep fertility & women's health expertise: this is non-negotiable. You must have worked in a fertility clinic, IVF patient coordination, reproductive medicine, or medical tourism specialising in fertility. You need to know this space inside out — not at a surface level
  • Clinical fluency to the highest standard: deep understanding of IVF protocols (stimulation, retrieval, transfer, FET), egg freezing, donor programmes (egg, sperm, embryo), PGT-A/PGT-M, and conditions like PCOS and endometriosis
  • Cross-border fertility knowledge: understands what's legal where — donor anonymity rules (Spain vs Czech Republic), age caps (Greece), HFEA regulations (UK), cost structures and what IVF packages actually include vs hidden extras
  • Existing clinic knowledge and network contacts: you already know the European fertility clinic landscape — ideally with direct contacts at clinics in Czech Republic, Spain, Greece, or other key corridors
  • Native or fluent English: you'll be posting in UK fertility communities and calling international clinics
  • Exceptionally patient-centric: you are patient-obsessed. Every forum reply, every conversation, every recommendation puts the patient first. This is the core of what we do — if you don't feel this in your bones, this isn't the role for you
  • Startup pace: you're comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. You don't wait to be told what to do — you see what needs doing and you do it
Strong bonus
  • Czech, German, Spanish, or Greek language skills
  • Direct experience at European IVF clinics such as Reprofit, PFC, Gynem, IVI, Tambre, Ginefiv, Embryolab, Eugonia, or similar
  • Personal understanding of the fertility journey
  • Experience with medical tourism sales or healthcare business development

How You'll Work
  • Direct collaboration with the founder — weekly check-ins, fast feedback loops, no middle management
  • Weekly reporting on core KPIs:Number of forum posts / replies made
  • Leads identified and qualified
  • Patients handed over
  • Clinics researched and added to call-down list
  • Clinics contacted and outcome (interested / follow-up / declined)
  • Conversion rate: forum engagement → qualified lead → patient handover

What We Offer
  • €800–1,000/month for 15–20 hours per week to start
  • Path to full-time — prove yourself in the first months and this becomes a permanent role as Gisello grows
  • Flexible schedule — work when the forums and clinics are active
  • Paid 1-week trial to ensure mutual fit
  • Work directly with the founder — no layers, fast decisions
  • Be part of building something from the ground up — your work will directly shape our first patient journeys

How to Apply

Send your CV and a short cover letter to info@gisello.com explaining:

  • Your fertility industry background
  • Why you want to work in patient-first cross-border fertility
  • Your relevant language skills

Please note: candidates who progress to the interview round will be asked to complete a short practical task.

Gisello is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, or background.
