We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer to join a high-performing Intelligent Automation team, delivering innovative AI-driven solutions across multiple business functions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI and agentic applications at scale, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to solve real-world business challenges through technology.

📍 Location- Amsterdam, Netherlands

🏠 Working Model - Hybrid working - 1-2 days per week onsite in Amsterdam

📅 Contract - 12-Month Contract

⏰ Hours - 40 hours per week

💰 Rate - €77 per hour + VAT

About the Role

As a GenAI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade Generative AI solutions. You'll work with modern AI frameworks, cloud technologies, and data engineering tools to deliver scalable applications that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Build and deploy GenAI and agentic applications at scale

✅ Design end-to-end AI solutions using:

• React / Next.js
• TypeScript
• Python / FastAPI
• Node.js
• Kafka
• Kubernetes

✅ Develop and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases, embeddings, and chunking strategies

✅ Implement knowledge-graph-grounded AI solutions to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations

✅ Manage AI application evaluations, monitoring, and model drift

✅ Develop agent specifications, custom MCPs, and reusable AI skills

✅ Design, build, and maintain data workflows, pipelines, DAGs, operators, sensors, and integrations

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver automation solutions that create measurable impact
