The Role As a Freelance Paid Media Specialist , you will thrive in reaching and engaging audiences through innovative advertising. Key deliverables include: Campaign Versatility: Manage a dynamic portfolio of campaigns, switching seamlessly between strict, CPA-driven performance retainers and agile, fast-paced entertainment drops (music and film). End-to-End Execution: Design, manage, optimise, and scale ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging channels. Devise full strategies that support the client's key objectives and measurement model. Taking the lead on client comms and calls for assigned accounts , confidently conveying the value we're adding. Collaborate with the paid media team and client account manager for business growth and audience development. Craft ad copy, collaborate on creative requirements , and manage tracking . Analyse data for insights and opportunities, proposing ad budget allocations. About You You’ll thrive here if you: You have 3+ years of agency experience in paid social and search advertising , with a passion for excellence and innovation. You demonstrate high agility and flexibility - you are just as comfortable hitting strict KPI targets for e-commerce brands as you are executing last-minute campaigns for one-off entertainment projects. You're adept at managing multiple clients and projects , demonstrating agility and a proactive problem solving mindset . You possess excellent communication skills , can provide clear reporting, and are committed to continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Supermetrics/DataSlayer, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation is a plus.
