Role and Responsibilities: As a Freelance Recruiter, your primary focus will be on conducting phone interviews, managing candidate documentation, and facilitating effective follow-up processes. Your responsibilities encompass the following key tasks: Reviewing and evaluating applications to determine candidates' suitability for specific roles. Conducting structured phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. Ensuring meticulous documentation of candidate interactions and progress within our recruitment database. Upholding the highest standards of data privacy and confidentiality when handling candidate information. Providing regular updates to the team manager regarding recruitment status and candidate pipelines. Requirements: A college graduate, preferably holding a degree in Psychology or Communications. Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is advantageous but not obligatory. Proficiency in utilizing a personal laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a mobile phone (SIM card provided). Establishment of a dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace at home conducive for phone interviews. Reliable access to a clear Smart Telecom mobile connection. Ability to strictly adhere to data privacy and security protocols. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Possession of a results-oriented mindset with the capability to meet or exceed defined recruitment metrics. Availability to commit 4-6 hours per day at least 3 days a week during Philippine daytime.
