About the Role

Sysgen RPO is looking for experienced US Recruiters with hands-on VMS and MSP recruitment experience. We welcome candidates with IT and/or non-IT recruitment backgrounds.

You will manage recruitment for US-based clients, delivering qualified candidates within client requirements, submission deadlines, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Review requisitions received through VMS platforms and identify suitable candidates.
• Manage candidate submissions, track application progress, and maintain accurate records across VMS and ATS platforms.
• Work within MSP processes, client requirements, submission limits, and turnaround times.
• Verify candidate qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and US work authorization.
• Maintain candidate engagement and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets while maintaining submission quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience supporting the US talent market across IT and/or non-IT positions.
• Direct, hands-on experience using a Vendor Management System, such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or a comparable platform.
• Experience recruiting within an MSP environment.
• Ability to explain how you have used VMS platforms to manage requisitions, submissions, and candidate status updates.
• Working knowledge of US work authorizations and W2, 1099, and C2C engagement arrangements.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet submission deadlines.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
