FTN Recruiter is the recruitment agency subsidiary of FTN (فطن). We help employers find and hire talent across experience levels, from entry-level professionals to experienced specialists and senior leaders.

We are looking for experienced freelance recruiters to collaborate with us on recruitment projects. Experience recruiting for the Saudi market or the wider GCC is preferred.

About the Opportunity

This is a remote, freelance opportunity. The initial engagement will be project-based, with fees agreed separately for each recruitment assignment. Each project will cover an agreed vacancy, with its scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms confirmed before work begins.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and candidate selection criteria.
• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each vacancy, industry, and seniority level.
• Identify and engage suitable candidates, including passive talent, through multiple sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates for relevant experience, motivation, communication skills, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Present qualified shortlists with clear candidate summaries and screening notes.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support candidate communication and offer follow-up within the agreed project scope.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular progress updates.
• Handle candidate information confidentially and deliver a professional candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

• More than 4 years of recruitment experience.
• A track record of successfully filling roles, with the ability to explain your contribution and results.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC markets is preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond keyword matching and explain why they fit a role.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or other tools to manage recruitment pipelines.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Recruitment agency or freelance recruitment experience is an advantage.
