Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Video Editor. The Video Editor will create and refine video content that showcases events, promotional campaigns, and brand stories for FansPass’s digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, editing clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and preparing content optimized for social media and other platforms. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to develop engaging visual concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and meeting deadlines for ongoing campaigns. The Video Editor is expected to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback efficiently, and deliver high-quality content that enhances audience engagement.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for social media, promotional, and event-related content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create dynamic titles, overlays, and visual elements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others).
• Strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant video projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in sports, entertainment, or event-focused content is an advantage; a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
