The Role: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to articulate and define learning objectives. Develop detailed storyboards outlining the structure and progression of e-learning content. Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline to design and create multimedia-enriched e-learning courses. Construct interactive modules, quizzes, and assessments that effectively reinforce the learning experience. Work collaboratively with team members throughout the course development process to design captivating learning experiences, encompassing ILT, eLearnings, and more. Manage projects, timelines, and ensure content coherence with stakeholder expectations. Perform quality tests to identify and rectify any content issues. Enhance and refine e-learning courses based on feedback and performance insights. Requirements: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet diverse stakeholder requirements simultaneously. Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in fast-paced timelines. Translate technical concepts and information into clear and comprehensible learning objectives. Showcase experience in planning, executing, and overseeing broader initiatives. Apply user experience (UX) design principles to optimize learner engagement. 3 to 5 years of experience in the creation of adult learning training materials or as an instructional designer. 3 years of experience in the telecom industry.
