This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and excel in providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients and guests across various hospitality environments. Manage inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Assist clients in understanding the range of hospitality services and amenities available to them. Effectively resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive guest experience. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Stay current on hospitality industry trends to provide well-informed advice and suggestions to clients. Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement and quality assurance. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills focused on providing outstanding customer satisfaction. Knowledge of hospitality services and the ability to convey this effectively to clients. Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
