French/Italian/German Recruiter ( Lisbon or Porto)

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join an international Talent Acquisition team in Lisbon or Porto.

If you have experience working in high-volume recruitment, enjoy a fast-paced environment and speak French, Italian, German or Dutch, this could be a great next step for you.

What you'll be doing

• Manage recruitment processes from initial screening through to candidate selection
• Review applications and identify suitable candidates for different roles
• Conduct phone, online and/or face-to-face interviews
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and hiring targets
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Work closely with hiring teams to understand profiles, requirements and recruitment priorities
• Apply recruitment standards and ensure compliance with local hiring procedures
  
  

What we're looking for

• Fluency in French, Italian, German or Dutch – C1 level or above
• English – C1 level
• At least 1 year of experience in high-volume / mass recruitment
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and candidates at the same time
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Currently based in Lisbon or Porto
• Availability to work on-site during the first 3 months, with the possibility of a hybrid model afterwards

Monday to Friday | 09:00–18:00
