Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Fresh Graduate Electrical Engineer. The role involves assisting in the design and analysis of DC power systems, battery configurations, and solar power solutions under the guidance of senior engineers. Typical tasks include preparing technical drawings and documentation, performing basic calculations for power distribution and load flow, and supporting system testing and validation. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review specifications, follow industry standards, and contribute to project implementation and performance monitoring. The position provides learning opportunities through involvement in real projects, participation in technical meetings, and continuous skill development in modern electrical and renewable energy systems.
Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Electricity concepts, with the ability to apply theory to practical industrial and commercial applications.
• Ability to assist with Electrical Design tasks, including basic schematics, layouts, and component selection for power-related projects.
• Understanding of Power Systems, including generation, transmission, and distribution principles, and their application in DC and solar systems.
• Basic knowledge of Power Distribution practices, safety standards, and relevant codes used in industrial and commercial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, preferably recently graduated.
• Proficiency with engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar CAD tools; familiarity with power system analysis software is a plus).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly in a remote work setting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with diverse teams and follow technical instructions.
• Interest in renewable energy, solar systems, and sustainable power solutions; any internship or academic project in these areas is an advantage.
