We Are
Accenture is helping enterprises reinvent their organizations and businesses with human-centered AI solutions and services to drive breakthrough innovation and lasting competitive advantage. With more than 45,000 AI and data professionals across the company, our AI & Data practice brings together cutting-edge AI technologies, deep industry experience, strategic investment, exceptional interdisciplinary talent, and a powerful ecosystem of partners to help clients scale AI with speed and confidence.
You Are
A front-end engineer passionate about creating human-centered, intuitive, visually compelling, and production-ready user experiences for advanced Agentic AI products and solutions.
You will build and evolve our Agentic AI Studio, a cloud-based platform that enables users to create, customize, deploy, and manage AI agents through intuitive, no-code experiences. You will also develop Agentic AI-as-a-Service solutions, translating advanced AI capabilities into practical, engaging experiences that address real-world business needs.
Your work spans four key areas:
- End-User Experience: Create intuitive conversational, graphical, and multimodal interfaces that enable users to interact with, understand, supervise, and collaborate effectively with AI agents.
- AI Creator Experience: Build no-code, AI-powered interfaces that enable creators to automatically generate, customize, test, deploy, and manage AI agents, including visual workflow builders and interactive configuration tools.
- Stakeholder Experience: Develop interactive dashboards and information visualizations that help business and technical stakeholders explore insights, monitor AI performance, and track business outcomes.
- Developer Experience: Develop interactive development environment for developers to build and test custom agent skills and extend agent logic (e.g., pre-built task intelligence).
- Client Solution Experience: Design, customize, and integrate front-end applications for Agentic AI-as-a-Service solutions, enabling clients to rapidly adopt AI capabilities within their existing applications, systems, and workflows.
You excel at turning complex AI capabilities, data, and workflows into simple, compelling, and trustworthy experiences, making advanced Agentic AI accessible to both technical and nontechnical users.
You will collaborate closely with product designers, AI researchers, AI engineers, client teams, and business stakeholders, combining hands-on engineering with rapid prototyping, product innovation, technical demonstrations, and production delivery.
Depending on experience and seniority, you may also provide technical leadership in front-end architecture, design systems, visualization frameworks, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for conversational, visual, and multimodal interactions with AI agents.
- Develop interfaces for human-AI collaboration, including feedback, clarification, approvals, supervision, intervention, and escalation.
- Create experiences that help users understand AI-generated insights, recommendations, decisions, and actions.
- Create AI-assisted agent development experiences, including automatically generated workflows, conversational configuration, and iterative refinement.
- Develop visual testing, debugging, simulation, and monitoring interfaces to help creators evaluate and improve agent behavior.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and information visualizations that communicate agent performance, operational status, and business impact.
- Build interfaces that enable users to explore AI-generated insights, identify trends, investigate issues, and support informed decisions.
- Create customizable dashboards tailored to business leaders, AI creators, operational teams, and other stakeholders.
- Design and develop client-facing Agentic AI applications and experiences that address specific business challenges and workflows.
- Integrate front-end applications with APIs, backend services, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components, visualization libraries, and design systems.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, accessibility, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, AI researchers, product teams, and engineers to prototype, evaluate, and refine innovative AI experiences.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, continuous integration, and production releases.
Submitting a development portfolio of past front-end work is strongly encouraged and highly recommended.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
