Role Description The Frontend Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining user-facing interfaces for web applications that support healthcare business solutions. In this full-time remote role, the developer will translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and performant web pages, ensuring compatibility across modern browsers and devices. Daily tasks include collaborating with product, design, and backend teams, implementing reusable components, optimizing front-end performance, and troubleshooting interface issues. The developer will integrate APIs, follow best practices in code structure and version control, and contribute to improving the overall user experience for clients and internal stakeholders. Continuous learning, adherence to security and compliance standards, and clear communication within a distributed team are central to this position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills, with hands-on experience in modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., html, CSS and reactjs)
• Candidates should possess Web Development and Software Development skills, including familiarity with API integration, version control (Git), and basic understanding of performance optimization and secure coding practices.
• Relevant experience with healthcare or compliance-focused applications, cross-browser testing, and accessibility standards (WCAG) is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with strong problem-solving abilities and effective written and verbal communication skills, is preferred.
