Frontend Developer

Role Description As a Frontend Developer at Graatea, you will design, build, and maintain user interfaces for AI-powered web applications in a full-time, remote capacity. You will implement responsive, accessible, and performant front-end features, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences. Your day-to-day work will include writing clean, modular code, integrating APIs, optimizing page load times, and ensuring consistent behavior across browsers and devices. You will participate in code reviews, contribute to UI component libraries, and help improve development workflows and best practices. This role also involves monitoring and resolving front-end issues, iterating on feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of Graatea’s web products.

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Web Development and Software Development skills.
• Candidates should possess a practical understanding of Back-End Web Development to collaborate effectively with server-side teams.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Candidates should possess experience with version control (e.g., Git), RESTful APIs, and basic debugging and testing tools.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across distributed teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial; prior experience building production-grade web applications is preferred.
