組織の中核を担うシニアフロントエンドエンジニアとして、大きな裁量を持って共通基盤の開発やリッチなUI/UXの設計・実装を牽引していただきます。Canvas APIやWebGLなどのグラフィックスAPIを駆使し、通常のWeb開発では経験しにくい高度な技術的挑戦が可能です。また、AI開発者向けプラットフォームやエンタープライズ向け管理アプリケーションなど、事業成長に直結する複数プロダクトの土台づくりに関わることができます。技術面のみならず、チームビルディングや事業課題の解決にもアプローチできる魅力的な環境です。

■必須スキル

- HTML/CSS/JavaScriptを用いたウェブフロントエンド開発経験（5年以上）

- React、Vue.js、Angularのいずれかを用いた開発の実務経験（3年以上）

- Canvas API または WebGL など、グラフィックスAPIを用いたUI実装経験

- UIコンポーネントライブラリ、共通モジュール、社内向けライブラリの設計・開発経験

- 複数名の開発チームにおいて、技術選定やアーキテクチャ設計等を主導した経験

- サーバーサイドプログラミングの理解（API設計、SQL/NoSQLデータベース、テーブル設計）

■歓迎スキル

- WebRTC など、ブラウザからハードウェア・OS機能に近いレイヤーを扱うAPIの実務経験

As a core Senior Front-End Engineer, you will have significant autonomy to lead the development of common infrastructure and the design/implementation of rich UI/UX. You will tackle advanced technical challenges rarely seen in standard web development by leveraging graphics APIs such as Canvas API and WebGL. Furthermore, you will build the foundation for multiple products directly linked to business growth, including MLOps platforms for AI developers and enterprise management applications. ■ Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years of web front-end development experience using HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

- 3+ years of practical development experience using React, Vue.js, or Angular.

- Experience in UI implementation using graphics APIs such as Canvas API or WebGL.

- Experience designing and developing UI component libraries, common modules, or internal libraries.

- Experience leading technology selection and architecture design in a multi-member development team.

- Understanding of server-side programming (API design, SQL/NoSQL databases, table design).

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Practical experience with APIs handling layers close to hardware/OS functions from a browser, such as WebRTC.

- Knowledge or practical experience related to video streaming and video processing.

- Experience developing in a monorepo environment / constructing and operating design systems.

- Experience optimizing web application performance.

- Experience as a Tech Lead, mentoring members, or contributing to OSS/tech blogs/conferences.
