Full-Stack AI & SaaS Developer (React & Node.js) - 50,000Rs

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Full-Stack AI Developer to drive the development and scaling of our SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and a robust, production-ready infrastructure.

You will design intelligent, responsive user interfaces using React and build highly resilient, async-first server architectures using Node.js. The ideal candidate doesn't just connect simple LLM APIs; they understand how to orchestrate multi-step AI workflows, design efficient multi-tenant database schemas, and optimize full-stack code for performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

🧠 AI Integration & Orchestration

• Build and deploy intelligent AI layers, including multi-agent workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration.
• Implement vector databases and semantic search functionalities for structured/unstructured data retrieval.
• Manage background queues and state machines optimized for inherently slow or streaming AI responses.

💻 Full-Stack SaaS Engineering

• Develop dynamic, high-performance frontends using React.js (or Next.js), ensuring exceptional UX/UI execution.
• Architect scalable backend APIs and microservices with Node.js (Express.js or NestJS) to handle complex SaaS business logic.
• Implement multi-tenant SaaS architectures, ensuring robust subscription handling, user authentication, and data isolation.
• Integrate third-party ecosystems, including payment gateways (e.g., Stripe), analytical tools, and messaging APIs.

⚙️ Infrastructure & Performance

• Optimize application performance for fast rendering, database queries, and asynchronous API interactions.
• Maintain database integrity across relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB/Redis) configurations.
• Collaborate on DevOps workflows, maintaining code through Git and utilizing cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Supabase).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Stack Technical Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with a heavy focus on SaaS applications.
• Frontend: Expert proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and state-management tools (Redux or Context API).
• Backend: Deep expertise in Node.js runtime, JavaScript/ES6+, and building secure, RESTful endpoints or GraphQL APIs.
• AI & Data: Practical experience using AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) or connecting model tool-calling natively via OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs. Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, or Milvus).
• Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) ecosystems.
