About The Company
O/A - OriginArc Holdings, Inc. is developing a groundbreaking, nearly invisible AI music tool designed to transform how people discover, experience, and interact with music. Built with a founding team that includes a founder of MTV.com’s core team, the project brings together music, mobile technology, and artificial intelligence to create a new kind of listening experience. We are building a product that fits naturally into people’s lives, using thoughtful technology to make music interaction feel intuitive and effortless.
About The Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join the project as a working co-founder during its beta development stage. This is an opportunity to help shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture from an early stage. The role is hybrid, with potential locations in Miami, Austin, San Francisco, or New York City, and some flexibility for part-time work from home. The exact arrangement can be discussed based on the needs of the project and the candidate’s availability.
You will build and maintain the applications and services behind the product, connecting responsive interfaces with mobile capabilities, APIs, AI services, and data systems. You will contribute to product decisions, solve technical challenges across the stack, and help establish reliable development practices as the beta evolves. We value engineers who are comfortable moving between implementation details and the broader user experience.
Qualifications
We are looking for strong full-stack and software development skills, including experience delivering and maintaining production applications. You should be proficient in front-end development, modern JavaScript frameworks, and CSS, with the ability to create responsive, accessible interfaces. Experience with back-end frameworks, database design, and RESTful or GraphQL APIs is important, as is a practical understanding of secure coding, performance optimization, and debugging across application layers.
Relevant experience with cross-platform and native mobile development is especially valuable. You should have experience with Flutter and Dart or React Native and TypeScript, along with an understanding of iOS Swift and Android Kotlin native modules. Familiarity with background execution, CoreLocation, and intent handling is a strong advantage.
Experience integrating Spotify Web API, Spotify App Remote SDK, or Apple MusicKit—including StoreKit token management—is highly relevant. We also value experience with OpenAI APIs such as Whisper or GPT, PostgreSQL, and secure OAuth 2.0 implementations. Familiarity with Xano, Make, or FlutterFlow is a plus. Cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD experience are beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is welcome; equivalent practical experience is also valued. Interest in AI-driven products and music technology is desirable.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end application features for the AI music product. Build and integrate front-end interfaces with back-end services, mobile native capabilities, third-party music platforms, and AI systems. Develop and maintain APIs, data models, and secure authentication flows, while protecting user information and handling data responsibly.
Improve application reliability, responsiveness, and performance; investigate and resolve issues in development and production environments; and contribute to code quality through testing, documentation, and thoughtful reviews. Collaborate with founders and other contributors on technical decisions, product priorities, and beta feedback. Help streamline workflows and identify practical tools that support rapid, sustainable iteration.
Benefits
This is a working co-founder opportunity for beta development with high share-based compensation. The role offers meaningful ownership, direct influence over product direction, and the opportunity to build an ambitious technology product from an early stage. Work location and part-time work-from-home flexibility may be discussed with the team.
Equal Opportunity
O/A - OriginArc Holdings, Inc. is committed to building an inclusive and respectful working environment. We welcome qualified candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences and make decisions without discrimination on the basis of any status protected by applicable law.
